Professor Frank Speaks at California County Counsels' Association Conference

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke at a conference sponsored by the California County Counsels' Association in Monterey, California on December 5.  The subject of Professor Frank's presentation was "Recent Land Use and Environmental Law Developments in Federal and State Courts."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
