Professor Frank Speaks at California Bar Environmental Conference

On October 23, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 spoke at the California State Bar’s 25th Annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite. The topic of his presentation was “Key Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit Courts of Appeal.”  In presenting this program, Professor Frank was joined by Assistant Attorney General John Cruden, who leads the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division.

Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
