Professor Frank Speaks to Bar Association of San Francisco Environmental Law Section

On June 16, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke to the Bar Association of San Francisco's Environmental Law Section in San Francisco.  The topic of Professor Frank's noontime presentation was the key pending and recently decided environmental law cases in the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
