Professor Frank Receives Stephen Mather Visionary Award
Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank has received the Stephen Mather Visionary Award from the nonprofit, Northern California-based conservation organization Restore Hetch Hetchy. The award is named in honor of the first director of America's National Parks Service. Frank received the award in recognition of his 40-year career practicing and teaching environmental law.
Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
