Professor Frank Publishes Op-ed on Supreme Court in Daily Journal

Professor Richard Frank has published a guest column in the San Francisco and Los Angeles editions of the Daily Journal on two important environmental cases set for review in the upcoming session of the U.S. Supreme Court, Sackett v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and PPL Montana LLC v. State of Montana, and another case in which the petition for certiorari is pending, Pacific Merchant Shipping Assn. v. Goldstein.

"These cases have the potential for major consequences - both in California and across the U.S." writes Frank.  The article appeared in the October 6 Daily Journal.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a widely respected environmental law scholar and practitioner and the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
