Professor Frank Publishes Op-ed on Ninth Circuit Environmental Decisions in Daily Journal

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank has published an op-ed in the San Francisco Daily Journal in which he offered his choices for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit's "10 most important environmental decisions of 2011."  The essay notes that the Ninth Circuit "is, after the U.S. Supreme Court, the single most influential court in the nation with regard to environmental law," and lists the following cases as the most significant of its 2011 decisions:

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leading scholar and practitioner in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
