Professor Frank Presents at County Counsels’ Association Conference

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 made a presentation to the County Counsels' Association's annual conference, held this year in Monterey, California on December 2. The topic of Professor Frank's address was "Recent Land Use, Environmental & Property Rights Developments in the Federal and California State Appellate Courts."

Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
