Professor Frank Presents to California Environmental Protection Agency

On January 28, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank gave a presentation to a large group of attorneys, paralegals, and government officials from the California Environmental Protection Agency (and its constituent boards and departments) on "Key Recent Environmental Law Developments in the Federal and California Courts."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
