Professor Frank presents at annual Environmental Law Conference

On Oct. 17, Professor of Environmental Practice Rick Frank led a panel presentation at the California Lawyers Association/Environmental Law Section’s annual Environmental Law Conference. The subject of the program was “Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals and the California Supreme Court.” 

Frank presented on the most important environmental law cases decided by those courts over the past year and those currently pending before them.  The panel also focused on the environmental law legacy of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and offered predictions as to how new U.S. Supreme Court Justice Amy Barrett is likely to rule on environmental and natural resources cases coming before the court in the future.
