Professor Frank Keynotes Environmental Symposium

On April 28, Professor Rick Frank gave the keynote address to the Los Angeles County Bar Association's 25th Annual Environmental Law Symposium.  The topic of his speech was "The Greening of California-Achieving Green Goals in a Time of Limited Financial Resources."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
