Professor Frank Comments on Climate Change Law Ruling
Professor Richard Frank commented for Greenwire on a San Francisco Superior Court ruling that in enacting California's landmark climate change law the state failed to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act.
"One of California's two most important environmental laws has been stymied -- at least temporarily -- by the other," said Professor Frank.
Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
