Professor Frank Briefs California DAs on Environmental Law Developments

Visiting Professor Richard Frank briefed a California District Attorneys' Association-convened conference of environmental prosecutors in Monterey on June 7.  In his presentation, Professor Frank surveyed recent environmental law developments in the California courts, Legislature, and state regulatory agencies. 

Professor Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is Executive Director of the Center for Law, Energy, and the Environment at UC Berkeley and a Visiting Lecturer at King Hall.
