Professor Feeney Comments on Election for KMJ, Bee, North Coast Times
Professor Floyd Feeney commented on aspects of the November election for media including local radio station KMJ, the Fresno Bee, and the North County Times.
Professor Feeney was interviewed on KMJ Morning News on November 2 and commented on the Voters Bill of Rights and other election-related issues.
Professor Feeney also commented for the Fresno Bee on problems at the polls in Fresno County, where polling locations were cut in half due to budgetary problems, resulting in long lines for voters and other problems. One candidate has stated she is considering contesting the election, but Professor Feeney commented that judges rarely are willing to call for a new election unless the results are extraordinarily close.
Professor Feeney also commented on a local ballot measure for an article in North County Times, a newspaper serving San Diego and Riverside counties.
