Professor Emeritus Hing to Serve on San Francisco Police Commission

Professor Emeritus Bill O. Hing was appointed by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to serve on the San Francisco Police Commission.  The appointment drew press coverage including articles in the San Francisco Chronicle and San Francisco Examiner.

Professor Hing is recognized nationally as an immigration law and community lawyering expert. He is the founder of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco. He currently teaches at USF School of Law and serves as Director of the Immigration and Deportation Defense Clinic.
