Professor Elmendorf presents housing-policy paper at UCLA and at Portland conference

Professor Christopher Elmendorf presented his paper “Beyond the Double Veto: Land Use Plans as Preemptive Intergovernmental Compacts” at the Luskin School of Public Policy at UCLA, and at the Housing Land Advocates Annual Conference in Portland, Ore.

The paper was also featured on capturedeconomy.com’s Rent Check blog.

Professor Elmendorf is a professor of law at UC Davis School of Law whose teaching and research interests include election law, administrative law, statutory interpretation, constitutional law, and property and natural resources law.
