Professor Dunning Presents to California Water Commission

Professor Emeritus Harrison C. "Hap" Dunning gave a presentation at the California Water Commission meeting held August 16 in Sausalito.  He spoke on the legal regime for water management in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, with an emphasis on the control of salinity.

Professor Dunning, a key figure in the development of the Environmental Law program at UC Davis School of Law, is one of California's most respected environmental law scholars and practitioners.
