Professor Donna Shestowsky Presents Research to New York State Judges
Professor Donna Shestowsky presented her research on litigant perceptions of court-sponsored ADR programs to judges and court personnel in the ADR in the Courts Committee of the New York State bar on April 4, 2018.
Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor of Law and Martin Luther King, Jr. Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and a seminar in Legal Psychology.
