Professor Cooper Speaks at Equal Justice Conference

Professor Holly Cooper recently spoke at the American Bar Association/National Legal Aid & Defender Association's Equal Justice Conference held May 18-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She spoke on a panel entitled, "Post-Conviction Relief and Immigration Proceedings:  Padilla v. Kentucky and Other Relevant Post-Conviction Remedies for Noncitizens."

Holly Cooper is a professor of law and serves as staff attorney at the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic. Her areas of specialty include immigration law and detained immigrants' rights.
