Professor Chin Comments on High-Profile San Diego Fraud Cases

Professor Gabriel “Jack” Chin spoke to the San Diego Union-Tribune for an April 9 story exploring why  judges pushed for settlement in criminal and civil cases tied to an alleged conspiracy to defraud the city of millions and millions of dollars. 

Gabriel "Jack" Chin is Martin Luther King Jr. Professor of Law and holder of the Edward L. Barrett Jr. Endowed Chair at UC Davis School of Law.  He is a prolific and much-cited criminal and immigration law scholar whose work has addressed many of the most pressing social issues of our time.
