Professor Chandrasekher presents paper on arbitration at Hastings workshop

On March 13, Professor Andrea Chandrasekher presented the paper “Empirically Investigating the Source of the Repeat Player Effect in Consumer Arbitration” at the UC Hastings Workshop in Law, Business & Economics. Chandrasekher co-authored the paper with Professor David Horton.

Andrea Cann Chandrasekher's educational background includes a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a Ph.D. in Economics from UC Berkeley. Her research interests include criminal law, law and economics, quantitative methods, criminal justice public policy analysis, and policing.
