Professor Chander Talks at Yale Law School
Professor Anupam Chander presented his new paper, "How Law Made Silicon Valley" at the Yale Law School's Information Society Project on November 2. On November 5, he gave a talk at the Yale Law School Alumni Weekend on "Facebook Revolutions" (which was based on his paper "Jasmine Revolutions," forthcoming from Cornell Law Review) as part of a panel discussion on "Emerging Challenges to the Freedom of Expression: From Hate Speech to Social Networks." Also taking part in the panel was moderator Robert C. Post, Dean of Yale Law School; Floyd Abrams, Senior Partner, Cahill Gordon & Reindel; Susan Benesch, Senior Fellow and Director, Speech and Violence Project, World Policy Institute; and Jeffrey Rosen, Professor of Law, George Washington University Law School.
Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law, cyber law, and corporate law.
