Professor Chander Speaks at Yale Law School

Professor Anupam Chander gave a talk as part of the Ideas Lunch series at the Yale Law School's Information Society Project on November 19, 2015.

Professor Chander's lecture was titled "A Development Agenda for the Information Age."  He argued that the full potential of Internet empowerment towards development has yet to be fulfilled and proposed legal reforms in information policy in both developed and developing countries to promote development.

Professor Chander, a leading scholar of international economic law and cyberlaw, is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press. His scholarly papers can be accessed via his Social Science Research Network author page.
