Professor Chander Speaks on Privacy at Berkeley Law Conference
Professor Anupam Chander served as a commentator at the 7th Annual Privacy Lecture at UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall. The main speaker was Professor Ross Anderson of the University of Cambridge, who lectured on "Privacy Versus Government Surveillance: Where Network Effects Meet Public Choice."
Professor Chander served as a commentator alongside Carl Shapiro and James Aquilina. Professor Chander's remarks were titled, "Global Due Process." They built upon his prior work with Uyen Le on global data flows, "Breaking the Web: Data Localization vs. the Global Internet," forthcoming in the Emory Law Journal.
