Professor Chander Speaks at Oxford University

Professor Anupam Chander spoke at a conference at Christ Church, Oxford University on Friday, September 19, 2014. 

The conference, titled "Global Horizons," is an annual event sponsored by Oxford Analytica, an Oxford, England-based consultancy. The conference provides CEOs, policy makers and government leaders the opportunity to engage with Oxford Analytica's global network of experts to analyze the important global issues facing decision-makers in the private and public sector.

Professor Chander spoke as part of a panel on threats to the global Internet, along with Anthony House, Head of Policy Analysis & Strategy at Google Europe, Tim Baker, Head of Innovation and Partnerships at Thomson Reuters, and Stephanie Hare, Senior Analyst, Western Europe at Oxford Analytica.

Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law.  He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
