Professor Chander Speaks at Korean National Assembly Hall

Professor Anupam Chander spoke at the Korean National Assembly Hall as part of a seminar on issues of Internet regulation sponsored by Opennet Korea and the Harvard Berkman Center on May 28, 2015.  Professor Chander compared the regulation of Internet intermediaries in Europe and the United States and argued that the U.S. approach proved more friendly to both free expression and innovation. 

The seminar brought together experts from Australia, Japan, Europe, and the United States to speak on Internet regulation.

Professor Chander, a leading scholar of international economic law and cyberlaw, is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press.
