Professor Chander Presents at UC Irvine Law

Professor Anupam Chander presented his paper, “The Battle to Define Asia's Intellectual Property Law: From TPP to RCEP,” at UC Irvine School of Law as part of a conference on “Reconceiving Trade Agreements for Social Inclusion” held February 9-10.

Professor Chander, Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law, is a leading scholar of technology and law. He is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press.
