Professor Chander Presents at UC Berkeley Law Faculty Workshop
Professor Anupam Chander presented his paper, "Free Speech," to the UC Berkeley law faculty at a workshop in November.
The article, coauthored with Uyen Le, is forthcoming in the Iowa Law Review. Chander and Le argue in the paper that the First Amendment helped configure United States cyberlaw, and in turn contemporary cyberlaw has become de facto free speech law. The article was supported by a Google Research Award.
Professor Chander, a leading scholar of international economic law and cyberlaw, is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press.
