Professor Chander Lectures at George Washington University Law School
Professor Anupam Chander gave a lecture as part of the Global Internet Freedom and Human Rights Distinguished Speaker Series at George Washington University Law School at the end of October 2015. Professor Chander's talk was titled, "The First Amendment as Killer App: How Law Made Silicon Valley."
Professor Chander's lecture drew on two papers he has authored or coauthored: "Free Speech," published in the Iowa Law Review (2015) and co-authored with Uyen Le, and "How Law Made Silicon Valley," published in the Emory Law Journal (2014).
The Distinguished Speaker Series is hosted by Professors Dawn Nunziato and Arturo Carrillo of the George Washington Law School.
