Professor Chander Lectures at Case Western University School of Law

Professor Anupam Chander delivered the annual Distinguished Lecture of the Center for Cyberspace Law & Policy at Case Western University School of Law on February 18, speaking on "The First Amendment as Killer App: How Law Made Silicon Valley." His talk included discussion of ideas in his articles "How Law Made Silicon Valley" (Emory Law Journal) and "Free Speech" (Iowa Law Review). Video of the lecture is available on Youtube.

Professor Chander, a Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law, is a leading scholar of international economic law and cyberlaw. He is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press.
