Professor Anupam Chander discussed his book, The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World Together in Trade, on The Social Network Station, an internet-based radio site. In speaking on his book, the first thorough discussion of the law that relates to global Internet commerce, Professor Chander talked about the differences in treatment of good and services in international trade, copyright and intellectual property in the online economy, and other issues.
Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law. He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
