Professor Chander Contributes to American Constitution Society Online Symposium
Professor Anupam Chander published a post on issues of surveillance in the American Constitution Society's blog as part of an online symposium on proposed reforms to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).
Professor Chander wrote on a bill pending before the California Legislature that would institute a warrant requirement before California state and local officers could search electronic information, except in emergency situations.
Professor Chander, a leading scholar of international economic law and cyberlaw, is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press. His scholarly papers can be accessed via his Social Science Research Network author page.
