Professor Chander Comments on Yale Law School Status

In two recent articles in the Yale Daily News, Professor Anupam Chander discusses the standing of the Yale School of Law, expressing confidence in its continued status as an elite law school.  The articles, part of three-part series, examine the school's stature in light of recent changes in its faculty and the adoption of the school's pass/fail grading policy by other institutions.

Professor Chander earned his JD degree from the Yale Law School in 1992 and taught as a visiting professor there in Spring 2008.  He is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law, cyber law, and corporate law.
