Professor Chander Cited in Google Policy Blog
Professor Anupam Chander's paper, "How the Law Made Silicon Valley," was cited by Susan Molinari, Google's Vice-President of Public Policy and Government Affairs for the Americas, on the Google Policy Blog in a piece about the Trade Promotion Authority currently being debated in Congress. Professor Chander's paper was published in the Emory Law Journal in 2014.
Professor Chander, a leading scholar of international economic law and cyberlaw, is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press.
