Professor Chander Cited on Executive Power and Internet Access

Professor Anupam Chander is cited in an article examining whether a U.S. president could take lawful action to reconfigure U.S. network data flows to the Internet in the event of a national emergency. Professor Chander, Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law, is a leading scholar of international economic law and cyberlaw.
