Professor Brownstein Testifies Before U.S. Commission on Civil Rights
Professor Alan Brownstein testified at a briefing for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights on March 16 in Washington, D.C. The topic of the briefing was "Examining Workplace Discrimination Against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Americans." The panel's topic was Religious Exemption Issues.
Professor Brownstein, a nationally recognized Constitutional Law scholar, recently retired after more than 30 years of teaching Constitutional Law, Law and Religion, and Torts at UC Davis School of Law.
