Professor Bjorklund Speaks on International Arbitration at Mexican Conference
On April 29, Professor Andrea Bjorklund spoke on a panel on "Themes in the Vanguard of International Investment Arbitration" at the first conference on international arbitration to be hosted by the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. She presented a paper on the positive and negative effects of transparency in investor-state dispute settlement.
Andrea Bjorklund is a Professor at the UC Davis School of Law. Her research focuses on international investment disputes and she has published widely in that area, with articles in the Virginia Journal of International Law, the American Review of International Arbitration, and the Oxford Handbook of International Investment Law.
