Professor Biagioli Speaks at UC Irvine 'Creative Properties Conference'
Professor Mario Biagioli spoke at UC Irvine as part of the "Creative Properties Conference" sponsored by the UC Irvine Creative Economies Center, Center in Law Society and Culture, Humanities Gateway, and UC Irvine School of Law. The February 20 conference explored the uses of intellectual property law to assert claims of creation and control over cultural industry products and the people involved in their creation and dissemination.
Professor Biagioli, an internationally renowned expert in the fields of Intellectual Property and the History of Copyright, is the founding Director of the Center for Innovation Studies at UC Davis.
