Professor Biagioli Presents in Washington, D.C. and at University of Leeds

Professor Mario Biagioli recently gave presentations in Washington, D.C. and at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.  On April 29, he gave a presentation titled "Who are the Stewards of the Knowledge Ecosystem, and What is their Role?" at the International Association of Scientific, Technical & Medical Publishers Annual U.S. Spring Conference 2014. On May 15, he gave the keynote address on "When Machines were Texts" at the Arts & Humanities Research Council Conference on "Rethinking Patent Cultures" held at the University of Leeds.

Professor Biagioli, an internationally renowned expert in the fields of Intellectual Property and the History of Copyright, is the founding Director of the Center for Innovation Studies at UC Davis.
