Professor Biagioli Presents at ‘Pirates and Explorers' Conference in St. Petersburg, Russia

Professor Mario Biagioli gave a presentation entitled "Pirates Move: Commons and Public Domain as Flows" at the Science and Technologies Studies Center at European University at St. Petersburg on June 18 as part of the "Explorers and Pirates: Digital Creators and the Creation of Value(s)" conference.

Professor Biagioli, an internationally renowned expert in the fields of Intellectual Property and the History of Copyright, is the founding Director of the Center for Innovation Studies at UC Davis.
