Professor Biagioli Presents at European University in St. Petersburg

Professor Mario Biagioli presented at the Second Conference on Scientific Diaspora at the European University held in St. Petersburg on December 5-6. The meeting brought together 100 or so expatriate and resident Russian scientists, as well as government officials, and featured heated discussions of the future of science in Putin's Russia.

Professor Biagioli, an internationally renowned expert in the fields of Intellectual Property and the History of Copyright, is the founding Director of the Center for Innovation Studies at UC Davis.
