Professor Biagioli Keynotes Conference on 'Articulating Science, Technology, and Law'
Professor Mario Biagioli delivered the keynote address at the "Articulating Science, Technology, and Law: Regarding, Reflecting, and Remaking Society" conference held at the University of Kent on April 9-10. Professor Biagioli's plenary lecture was entitled "Against pastures: conceptualizing the knowledge commons." He also participated in a roundtable discussion of "Working on/with Law & Science: Reflections on theoretical frameworks and methodologies."
Professor Biagioli, an internationally renowned expert in the fields of Intellectual Property and the History of Copyright, is the founding Director of the Center for Innovation Studies at UC Davis.
