Professor Bhagwat's First Amendment Article Praised
An article by Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat has been praised as one of the best works of recent scholarship in constitutional law by University of Alabama School of Law Professor Paul Horwitz in a review on Jotwell.com. The paper, "Details: Specific Facts and the First Amendment," deals with issues related to First Amendment protections afforded disclosures of specific factual details. Horwitz calls the paper "a leading contribution to the emerging literature dealing with the epistemological crisis of the First Amendment."
Professor Bhagwat, formerly a tenured member of UC Hastings' faculty for more than a decade, joined King Hall during the summer of 2011. He is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
