Professor Bhagwat Speaks at Northwestern University School of Law
Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat spoke at the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago on October 25 as part of a symposium on "Free Speech Foundations." The topic of his talk was "The Democratic First Amendment."
Professor Bhagwat, a tenured member of UC Hastings' faculty for more than a decade who joined King Hall during the summer of 2011, is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
