Professor Bhagwat Presents Paper at Chicago-Kent School of Law

Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat recently presented a paper entitled "Details: Specific Facts and the First Amendment" in Chicago-Kent School of Law's Faculty Speaker Series. 

Professor Bhagwat, a tenured member of the UC Hastings faculty for more than a decade who joined King Hall during the summer of 2011, is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
