Professor Behre co-presents national webinar for ABA

Professor Kelly Behre co-presented a national webinar on July 24 for the American Bar Association.

Behre, director of the UC Davis School of Law Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic, presented “Impeachment by Prior Inconsistent Statement & Refreshing Recollection” with Wemi Peters, senior staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia.

Professor Kelly Behre is the director of the UC Davis Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic. She has more than 20 years of experience working with victims of domestic and sexual violence, including directing clinics at West Virginia University College of Law and the University of Alabama School of Law.
