Professor Aoki's Latest Book Reviewed
The new book by Professor Keith Aoki, Seed Wars: Controversies and Cases on Plant Genetic Resources and Intellectual Property, was reviewed by the Law and Politics Book Review on August 4, 2008. Professor Aoki's book analyzes the possibilities for and difficulties in applying intellectual property law rights to inventions relating to plant genetic resources, seeds, and plant varieties.
Aoki is a professor of law at UC Davis. He publishes and teaches in the areas of globalization, critical race theory, and local government law.
