Professor Amar Discusses New Supreme Court Term on KQED's 'Forum'

Professor Vikram Amar appeared on the Oct. 15 episode of San Francisco public radio station KQED’s Forum program to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s new term and what role the court might play in the 2024 presidential election.

University of California School of Law, San Francisco Professor Rory Little and NYU School of Law Professor (and Strict Scrutiny podcast co-host) Melissa Murray also appeared on the episode. 

Vikram Amar returned to UC Davis as a distinguished professor of law in 2023 after serving for eight years as dean and Iwan Foundation Professor of Law at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign College of Law. Before that, he was a professor and the senior associate dean for academic affairs at King Hall from 2008 to 2015.
