Professor Amann Leads ASIL Session, Chairs Panel

Acting as Vice President of the American Society of International Law, Professor Diane Marie Amann led a session in which federal judges provided comments and criticism of the Benchmark on International Law at ASIL's Midyear Meeting in Miami on November 12. 

Also at the Midyear Meeting, Professor Amann chaired a panel on "National, Regional, and International Perspectives on International Criminal Accountability," featuring Olivia Swaak-Goldman, International Cooperation Adviser at the Office of the Prosecutor, International Criminal Court, and George Washington University Law Professor Dinah Shelton, a member of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.

Diane Marie Amann is a Professor of Law and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Hall Research Scholar and Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall at UC Davis School of Law.
