Professor Afsharipour Speaks on Fiscal Crisis and Legal Education at Maryland

Professor Afra Afsharipour was part of a panel discussion on "Integrating Issues Regarding the Financial Crisis into Teaching" at a roundtable event at the University of Maryland School of Law on April 17.   Joining Professor Afsharipour in the discussion were Lee A. Harris, Assistant Professor, University of Memphis School of Law; Shruti Rana, Assistant Professor, University of Maryland School of Law; Lisa T. Alexander, Assistant Professor, University of Wisconsin School of Law; Robert Rhee, Associate Professor, University of Maryland School of Law; as well as moderator Lisa Nicholson, Professor, University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.

Afra Afsharipour is an Acting Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law with special interests in Comparative Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities Regulation.
