Professor Afsharipour Selected for American Society of Comparative Law Committee

Professor Afra Afsharipour has been selected by the American Society of Comparative Law for a two-year term as a member of the Board of the Younger Comparativists Committee. Also appointed to the committee by ASCL Acting President David Gerber was Professor Sally Richardson of Tulane University Law School.

Professor Afsharipour's areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
